Before you decide to delete your RECPOINT account, please read this agreement carefully. Account deletion is irreversible and will result in permanent loss of your account and related data.

1. Deletion Requirements

You may request account deletion, but must meet the following conditions:

• Account is in normal status, not frozen or restricted
• No pending orders or transactions
• No unresolved disputes or complaints
• No outstanding fees or other unsettled payments
• Account has been unbound from other services

2. Deletion Process

Step 1: Submit Request

• Log in to your account
• Go to "Account Settings" page
• Click "Delete Account" option
• Read and agree to this agreement
• Complete identity verification (email or phone verification code)

Step 2: Review Period

• After submitting the request, there will be a 15-day review period
• During this period, you can log in to cancel the deletion request

3. Consequences of Deletion

• Follow and friend relationships with other users will be removed

4. Data Retention

Although the account is deleted, we may need to retain some information in the following circumstances:
